10 tests for a Green Deal compatible farming policy
On 25 June 2021, after very long negotiations, European leaders agreed upon a new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP - the EU’s farming subsidies program), until 2027. They hailed it as a success, claiming the CAP would provide a sustainable future for all.

Read our analysis to learn how the new CAP performs on protecting carbon sinks, funding intensive livestock farming, greenwashing, and more.
