Biodiversity Mainstreaming in West Africa – Workshop and Theory of Change

In October 2019, in the scope of the mid-term assessment of the CEFP investment in the Guinean Forests of West Africa, and consequent to the analysis of the gaps and opportunities of the programme, a workshop and a Theory of Change exercise were conducted on biodiversity mainstreaming into public policies and private sector in West Africa.

Participated in this multiday workshop relevant stakeholders from the different sectors, and also 34 of the CEPF grantees in the hotspot, which contributed to define an implementation strategy and guidelines for the RIT and CEPF to better support mainstreaming across the hotspot.

The produced strategy, as part of the workshop results, is published here
