Fundraising Officer for Africa

Are you an experienced fundraiser and want to be part of a truly international conservation team? We are looking for someone to develop and implement our fundraising strategies and activities to secure resources in order to implement and support BirdLife Programmes in Africa.  You will work closely with colleagues around the globe in order to expand and strengthen funding for the BirdLife Partnership.

Consultancy Services for Conservation of Migratory Birds project

BirdLife International is seeking consultancy services for the final project evaluation of Conservation of Migratory Birds (CMB) project along the West Coast of Africa. The consultant will begin the evaluation with a review of key project documentation including key reports and correspondence. It will include visits to Senegal and Mauritania. Skype meetings will be organised with other implementing NGOs and other project partners. Field visits to the project site at Keur Macen (Diawling) and in Senegal. The Evaluator will meet with NGOs, Local community groups and other Partners.

CEPF Mediterranean Call for Proposals

A new funding opportunity has been announced focusing on civil society involvement in Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) in the Mediterranean Basin Biodiversity Hotspot. BirdLife International, in its role as the Regional Implementation Team (RIT) for the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) in the Mediterranean, is inviting proposals for large grants from non-governmental organizations, community groups, private enterprises, universities and other civil society organizations.

UK Overseas Territories Officer - RSPB

An exciting opportunity to join the RSPB's UK Overseas Territories team and play a leading role in the conservation of some of the UK's globally important, threatened and remote environments. The role will primarily manage the RSPB's programme of work to save nature in Tristan da Cunha and the Pitcairn Islands, as well as other Overseas Territories.
