Birds Caribbean newsletter

The BirdLife Caribbean Program has been growing steadily since 2000, helping national Partners and the Society for the Conservation and Study of Caribbean Birds (SCSCB) build their bird and biodiversity conservation efforts. The BirdLife Caribbean newsletter has also grown since its first issue in 2004, reflecting a wide diversity of exciting conservation actions being undertaken in the region by numerous individuals and institutions, not just those associated with the BirdLife program.

In recognition of this regional diversity, and in consultation with SCSCB and the BirdLife partners, the "BirdLife" newsletter has been renamed Birds Caribbean and is now a publication of the SCSCB, in association with BirdLife International. This will hopefully be the first of many such collaborative initiatives as BirdLife works with the SCSCB to build on their existing regional bird conservation program.

Birds Caribbean is available below (in English and Spanish) to download as a colour PDF document. Many additional features and stories from the Caribbean not featured on the BirdLife web site are contained within the newsletter.
