Festival Mundial de Aves 2010 en Chile

Bajo el lema "La diversidad biológica es la vida, la diversidad biológica es nuestra vida" el Comité Pro Defensa de la Fauna y Flora (CODEFF) ha organizado en Chile durante todo el mes de octubre, la celebración del Festival Mundial de las Aves 2010, una gran cantidad de actividades en diferentes regiones del país. Estas actividades están coordinadas por BirdLife International a escala mundial y por CODEFF en Chile.

Americas IBA Directory available in Pdf

Last month, a new directory of Important Bird Areas in the Americas was launched in Washington D.C., USA. The directory, coordinated by the Americas Secretariat of BirdLife International, is the result of a joint effort between all countries in the Western Hemisphere with over 100 authors taking part in the 40 country or overseas territory chapters.
