Internationally, the RSPB supports national BirdLife International partners to grow, developing and delivering effective conservation programmes, and ultimately becoming self-sufficient. The Partner Development Officer's purpose is to lead the RSPB's dynamic programme in selected focal countries. Working with a series of Mediterranean and/or Black Sea partners, your role will require skills in organisational capacity building - Governance, management, communications and fundraising, and you will manage at least one team member. You will have extensive experience in the region(s), and of NGO development. You must have excellent communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to work independently. You will spend an estimated 15 weeks travelling annually, the majority of time unaccompanied.
Salary
£26,000 to £30,000 per annum
