The BirdLife Europe Secretariat is inviting interested individuals to submit their expression of interest for a 6 months internship between the period March 2012 - September 2012. Project Officer: Wildlife Clubs of Africa Project Phase 2 - Accra, Ghana.
The BirdLife International Africa Partnership requires a dynamic, self-starting individual to assist in the management of a project that will combine biodiversity conservation with education and sustainable development initiatives. Phase 2 of the Wildlife Clubs of Africa (WCA) programme will work in five countries (Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Ghana), involving more than 2,000 wildlife clubs with a combined membership of almost 150,000 children. BirdLife is looking for an experienced individual to enhance its Information Management Division, working out of BirdLife’s Global Secretariat office in Cambridge, UK. Depending on experience, the appointment will be made either as Head of Information Management, or as Global Information Management Coordinator, coordinating delivery on particular areas of work and managing staff day-to-day in support of the Head.
