Site description Kabitaï (Khabitaye) Forest Reserve is located south-east of the town of Wassou and north of Dubréka on the south-western edge of the Fouta Djalon, some 20 km from the sea and only a short distance from Konkouré (IBA GN013). The habitat is mixed wooded savanna and grassland, although some areas are cultivated.
