Ornithological information An important site for breeding storks and raptors. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Falco naumanni.

Site description Alluvial Quercus forests streching from the town of Podravska Slatina south-east to the village of Vuka.

Management considerations The main threat is from the intensification of forestry, particularly clear-felling. Falling groundwater levels, as a result of drought and possibly drainage, are also a problem.
