Site description Located in Ejia Town, Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Prefecture. The main habitats are monsoon rainforest, evergreen broadleaf forest, deciduous broadleaf forest and forested grassland, and forest cover is c.90%. The area lies in the middle to lower sections of a river valley on the eastern slope of the Ailao Shan mountains. It is an important migration route of birds.
