Ornithological information An important breeding area for Botaurus stellaris and Larus minutus, and notable also for Podiceps grisegena (up to 20 pairs). Breeding species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Haliaeetus albicilla (irregular), Crex crex (a few pairs).

Site description A system of intensively farmed fish-ponds with scattered trees.
