Management considerations Frequent non-natural fires during the summer months are the most significant threat.
Protection status National Low International Partial15 ha of IBA covered by Biological State Reserve (Tavignano, 15 ha). 6,500 ha of IBA covered by Biosphere Reserve (Réserve de la Biosphère du Fango, 6,500 ha).
