Site description Saltwater and freshwater lagoons with reedbeds (Phragmites), sand-dunes, beaches, rocky coast, wet meadows, agricultural and uncultivated land.

Management considerations The main threats are from recreational development on and around the site, including a golf course and swimming pool.
Protection status National Low International Partial52 ha of IBA covered by Private Reserve (SEPNB Reserve, 52 ha). 850 ha of IBA covered by Hunting Reserve (Baie d'Audierne, 850 ha). 1,600 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Baie d'Audierne, 1,600 ha).
