Management considerations A well protected site but recreation and tourism disturb the tern colonies.
Protection status National High International Partial4,400 ha of IBA covered by Hunting Reserve (4,400 ha). 12 ha of IBA covered by Private Reserve (12 ha). 1,710 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Iles de la Colombière, de la Nellière et des Hache, 1,710 ha).
