Management considerations The abandonment of cattle-grazing, significant hunting pressure on all species, and the creation of pools for aquaculture are all threats.
Protection status National None International Low1,243 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Zones humides du Nord Ouest Médoc, 1,243 ha).
