Ligue Pour La Protection des Oiseaux



Site description A large mountainous area in the Pyrenees encompassing fast-flowing rivers and streams, lakes, forests, moorlands, grasslands and arable land, mountains and cliffs. Human activities include extensive traditional stock-raising. There are major roads into the area, giving easy access for mass tourism.
