Site description El IBA incluye 9,800 ha, que incluye más de 5,800 ha de bosque seco y montano (una extensión de la ecoregión bosques húmedos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas), con 4000 ha ubicadas dentro del Parque Nacional El Imposible.
