Ornithological information An important area for breeding seabirds. Species of global conservation concern that do not meet IBA criteria: Larus audouinii (resident).

Site description Limestone cliffs and several rocky islets in south-eastern Mallorca.

Management considerations Disturbance from anglers has caused the abandonment of a Larus audouinii colony. Rats are a major threat to the breeding seabirds. L. cachinnans is culled annually. The IBA overlaps with Natural Area of Special Interest (Cap de Cala Figuera).

Protection status National None International Partial100 ha of IBA covered by Special Protection Area (Islas Malgrats, Isla del Toro y Cap de Cala Figuera, 100 ha).
