Ornithological information This is an important area for upland forest species.
Site description An extensive area in the Pyrenees with large Pinus forests and more limited areas of Betula woodland. There are also extensive areas of scrub, pasture, and alpine grassland. The main human activities are forestry, stock-grazing, hiking, and skiing.

Management considerations The main threat is from development of the skiing and visitor related infrastructure. In some areas intensive forestry is also a threat.
