Ornithological information A total of more then 20,000 waterfowls and gulls, and up to 10,000 waders (Calidris sp, Tringa sp.) stop over during migration.
Site description The area is a shallow water bay in the Ul'yanovsk part of Kuybyshev reservoir, located to the south-east of Ul'yanovsk, in a highly developed part of region.
