Ornithological information This area supports 33 restricted-range bird species. It is very difficult to find Chattering Lory Lorius garrulus in this area, because of intensive catching. During a one day survey by BirdLife International , only 4-10 birds observed (BirdLife International 2001).
Site description Gunung Tanah Putih is hilly area. There is one village close to the area called Domato. Most of people of Domato work as farmer. The main comodity from this area are coconut, cacao, and clove.
