Site description Located in the northern part of Huanjiang County, the north-western part of the nature reserve is adjacent to Guizhou Province. The IBA has many peaks between 900-1,300 m, and it includes 15,700 ha of forest.

Other biodiversity Important plants include Bretschneidera sinensis and Alsophila spinulosa. Animals include Macaca assamensis, Macaca thibetana, Viverra zibetha, Moschus berezovskii, Manis pentadactyla, Felis temmincki and Python molurus.
Conservation response Established as a county-level nature reserve in 1982.
