Site description Located in the southern part of Yichun City, on the southern slopes of the Xiao Hinggan Ling mountains. The IBA used to be a forest farm and was designated as an experimental forest farm of North-east Forestry University in 1958. It includes 4,100 ha of Pinus koraiensis forest, and riverine vegetation provides suitable tree-holes for nesting Mergus squamatus and Aix galericulata.

Key Biodiversity 

Non-bird biodiversity: Supports nine species of nationally protected animals and six species of nationally protected plants.
