Ornithological information El conocimiento ornitológico de esta zona es muy pobre, pero se sabe que sostiene una población de Saltator rufiventris y Vultur gryphus.
Site description Se encuentra en la parte central del departamento de Chuquisaca, en medio de los Andes centrales del sur de Bolivia. No poseemos casi ninguna información con relación a esta zona; sin embargo, es mencionada como importante por Wege y Long (1995) debido al registro de dos especies con categoría de amenaza.
