Site description Different types of forests in the middle belt of Taiga zone with many bogs. fens and wet forest patches. There are a lot of logging areas at the site, new forested patches of different years old etc.

Conservation response The establishment of nature reserve is needed with reduction of forest management (logging), also certain level of agriculture activities are needed (small meadows should be mowed and a little bit grazed) for maintaine Great Snipe habitats.
