General characteristics
These islands are in the Banda Sea, off the south-east peninsula of Sulawesi (see EBA 166; also for map), Indonesia. They support two small-island specialist restricted-range species, Elegant Imperial-pigeon Ducula concinna (see Secondary Area s110) and Pink-headed Imperial-pigeon Ducula rosacea (see Secondary Area s107).
