A recent workshop brought together the Eastern Afromontane Hotspot Regional Implementation Team (RIT), and representatives of the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) Secretariat. Participants developed a strategic plan for CEPF’s 5-year investment in the hotspot, aimed at strengthening civil society’s role in conservation in the region.

Conservationists striving to conserve the Endangered Gangetic dolphin have recently been awarded a significant funding boost from the Darwin Initiative.
