La Asociación Guyra Paraguay levanta su voz de protesta porque las maquinarias ya están destruyendo la Reserva Ecológica Banco San Miguel y Bahía de Asunción, para la tan ansiada construcción de la Costanera Norte se está realizando a expensas de la destrucción de los hábitats naturales para las especies migratorias que le dan un valor único y de categoría mundial a la Ciudad de Asunción.
